Silvia Marzaro graduated in Law from the University of Padova in 2003 with a dissertation on administrative law. In the same year she started her legal traineeship at the law firm Studio Legale Dragone e Avvocati Associati Loffredo e Cestaro. After having passed the State exam, Silvia Marzaro became a member of the Venice Bar association in 2006 and later an associate of the law firm.

Silvia Marzaro deals mainly with civil law issues and has acquired extensive experience in cases of medical malpractice, including compensation claims for infected blood and vaccinations. She has assisted clients in the administrative proceeding for the recognition of the allowance granted by law 210/1992 to victims of infected blood, blood products and defected vaccinations.

Since she joined the firm, she has been working also on inheritance and contract law.

She has contributed to the publication of the book: “Responsabilità medica: danni da trasfusione e da contagio” by Massimo Dragone, Giuffrè, 2007 and has collaborated with the website http://www.personaedanno.it, commenting leading judgments and writing articles.

She is constantly updated on the relevant developments in the field of civil liability and clinical negligence, attending several seminars and courses on such topics.
